5 /5 Briana Stowe: This place is amazing! The wait staff was so friendly and accommodating and always smiling. The food is so good! The drinks were cold and refreshing! And they have so many animals to look at. I think they said over 200 animals were on display. If you want a unique place to eat, you should try the saloon!

1 /5 Tammie Huff: Went in, sat down, ordered our drinks, dinner and an appetizer of mushrooms. They brought my husband‘s food out and I ask about our appetizers and our server said they weren’t ready. I told my husband just to go ahead and eat his dinner about 10 minutes later they brought the mushrooms. I still haven’t received my dinner so I started eating some of the mushrooms. My husband was finished with his dinner. About 10 minutes later they brought my dinner out which was just a burger and fries. I said box it up we’re finished. This isn’t the first time we have eaten there and it wasn’t much better the first time.

1 /5 Ben Chambert: Worst service I’ve ever experienced. I can understand a busy restaurant in a small town, but the waitress hardly checked on us and we waited 30 minutes each time we could catch her to talk to her. Took us 1 hour and a half to get a chicken wrap with tenders that I could’ve made in 10 minutes, and cold fries. Hate to say it, but if you visit shiner, avoid this place. To top it off 6 of us each got separate tickets and were treated to a wonderful automatic gratuity charge.

2 /5 Jenna Friedrich: Not worth the price gouging. We had fun while we were there, but they didnt print our ticket for us. When my husband paid, he asked, they said know and he paid it anyways. We had over $20 of unaccounted money that we paid once I added up everything in the car. We should have pressed harder for the ticket to review before paying so thats on us, but not great business to take advantage of people. We both had chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and green beans. It was really good, but my husband had to send his back because the batter was burnt on his. The spicy margarita was great, the blueberry lavender lemonade was ok - Ive had better. We were with a large group so Im not sure if they added on a huge auto gratuity fee? We wouldnt know because we never saw the actual ticket. I would give 5 stars for the live music though, it was amazing! Just beware of the actual $$$ youre paying.

1 /5 EG Holy: Worst service I have ever gotten. I took a close friend who is from out of state to see this beautiful and fun place. We got there fairly early in the day. Around 3. Only customers in there was one couple. As I walked up to the bar, there was a barmaid who had short blonde hair. Never acknowledged me. Waited 10 minutes or more for her to even look at is and ask if we needed something. We told her what we wanted. She served us our drinks and not with a smile. I handed her a $50. She said she didn’t have change and had to go to the back to get change. After her being gone 5 minutes she finally gave me my change and turned around and mumbled something. There was a very very sweet young lady with long dark hair that often checked on us. Having doubts of going back. Do not want to deal with that lady again!!! So disappointed!!
