5 /5 M B: Updated post: Been back to Shang Hai several times now. They continue to do a great job. Party of 3 on a Sunday. Service was quick, friendly, and attentive. Food came out nice and hot. Price is still quite nice and once again there was enough food for another meal. Original post: Hadnt been here since new owners took over years ago. Very pleased with experience. Party of 5 with Fried Rice Combo, Sesame Chicken, Moo Goo Gai Pan, Hunan Pork and Chicken. All rated very good. Fried Rice is one of best weve had in years. Lite background music and some Chinese shows on the TV screens added to experience. Service was fine and no issues arose. Everybody had enough leftovers for another meal. Excellent value for the price. Will certainly be back.
