Schlotzskys - Canyon (TX)

1 /5 Ferox Scius: Bread was stale. Barely any food in the sandwich, only one drink in the fountain. Sweet teas were out. No Cups, no chips. Rude Staff, man-bun kid working the front wouldn’t even talk to me. Other workers ignored me. Bathroom had standing fluid on the floor.

1 /5 Willie Bennett: Friendly staff, but when I got home and ate the bread was so hard that I had to eat the rest without it. Ive never had this issue, and I eat at all the locations in Amarillo and Canyon regularly. Manager said that theyd replace the order when I called but didnt give me a specific time, so I came in today 1-10-26 and now Im told that you have to come back within a week. Will definitely never eat here again!

5 /5 Moses ThyProphet: I like Schlotzskys for their food and pizzas! Although good food will make you like a place, its Great customer service that makes every trip to a place enjoyable. Today in Canyon tx I met a guy named Summit, might have his name wrong but he was very nice to everyone i seen him speak too including myself. I know work can be tough when it gets busy and I just wanted to give him props on how he handled the rush hour. 10 out of 10 customer service!!

1 /5 Deanna Soper: I love Schlotskys and have been to multiple other locations. Service has always been prompt, but not here. We waited 20 minutes for our food and it wasnt that busy. The food is amazing as usual, but be prepared to wait at this location.

1 /5 Michael Gamble: Darn! I was hoping they had cleaned up their act. Last 3 experiences there were absolutely horrible for every reason. Good Lord how do they stay in business?!The location on bell st in Ama has remained pretty good consistently for 20 yrs. Save yourself some cash and frustration and go there .
