SAGRADO COCINA AND BAR - Waco (TX)

5 /5 Jason Ray: This restaurant is a diamond in the rough. When we got there it was hard to find parking so please beware and make sure that you have some soft sole shoes on so that you can walk at least two to three blocks for parking. Now, as far as the food goes you going to love everything that you can get The menu was very diverse and they had one of my favorites which was chicharrones. The service was immaculate the young lady who served us was always there to make sure that everything was perfect she was very patient and very kind with us because we were new to the experience. I ended up ordering the enchiladas cheese of course just to be on the safe side with the red chili sauce and it was delicious. My wife on the other hand had the queso birria tacos. The atmosphere was great as well it was a game day Saturday so there was a lot of activity around the restaurant. People were moving around and we were having fun just sitting out on the patio doing some people watching. I definitely would recommend this restaurant if you having a light lunch or if you try to go to have a very heavy dinner either way its a great atmosphere with great food and great service.

5 /5 Thad Boat: Andrés at the bar will definitely take care of you. The food was amazing, his service was top-notch, and the drinks were a great mixture of flavor and skill. We had the fajitas and street tacos; the meat was flavored perfectly. The environment was good, the aesthetics were pleasing, and it was a great atmosphere for a dinner date or for friends and family to hang out.

4 /5 Jay Larios: The taco plate is great but the beans bland . The enchiladas de Carbon that was good, but you get two. Over all the food was delicious but the service was lackin tbh had the wait to get the ticket and the lady never checked on us.

5 /5 Aaron Beyk: Sagrado is a medium-upscale Mexican joint with fresh options. Thered salsa was amazing. Green salsa was deliciously spicy but lacked salt- felt muted. This could vary on the day, though, as these salsas feel like they are made fresh. This was the best salmon Ive had in Waco, hands down. Crispiest, juiciest. And the rice was delicious! Also, let me just mention that here I was finally not disappointed by a restaurants plated sauteed vegetables!!! Very flavorful and good color. Overall, the atmosphere and plates here make way for a great Friday night mexican.

5 /5 Matthew McGuire: We had the enchiladas and the carnita tacos. The enchiladas would be the dish we recommend. The service was great. They have an amazing patio and fun location for nearby shopping and events. This spot is highly recommended.
