Sa•vor Tapas Bar - Amarillo (TX)

5 /5 Eilin: Amarillo, TX has it going on with this gem. Tapas are usually ideal for a wonderful light dinner paired with exquisite wine. I loved everything I ordered, but know that the prosciutto and burrata already have candied butternut squash, and the goat cheese-stuffed peppadews are six of them and they are the size of a cherry tomato. Very tasty, though. I paired it with a rosé German wine. The service was top-notch, and the ambiance of the place was quite sophisticated with its decor and its choice of Christmas tunes.

5 /5 Sara Lynn Unger: I had an incredible experience at Savor! The atmosphere was welcoming and beautiful. I started at the bar with an espresso martini, featuring a new tequila that was absolutely delicious. Hutson, who was behind the bar, went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed and was incredibly helpful. In the dining area, Zachary made sure to check in on my experience, and we had a lovely conversation as well. Chef John prepared the short rib ramen, which was absolutely delicious. The general manager, Mike, took the time to chat and made me feel truly valued. And I also want to mention Manuel, who was incredibly sweet and took the time to show me around the restaurant and a reservable room. He let me know I could call any time to make a reservation, and his thoughtful attention truly enhanced the experience. Overall, the food, the drinks, and the service were all top-notch. I highly recommend Savor for a wonderful dining experience!
