2 /5 Cynthia R: I called the store because I received my order that was delivered from door dash and the order was incorrect. When I attempted to find out what order was actually received on their end from door dash, instead of getting help and an answer-I got a very rude worker that told me they could not help me at all and that I needed to go through door dash because that is the policy. Then I was hung up on. I called back and asked again if they could tell me what order was received and again was told that I needed to contact door dash. However, this time when I asked what order they received, now there was some other worker yelling from the background to the person on the phone that I needed to contact DoorDash, and there was nothing they could do to help me. And I asked if DoorDash made the pizzas or if rounders made the pizzas and I was told that it did not matter. I let them know that I was short two pizzas and the two of the three orders I received was incorrect. They again let me know. There was nothing more they could do to help me. Then someone in the background yelled again, but I could not understand what was said then I heard laughing and then they hung up the call. I did go through DoorDash and let DoorDash know that my order was incorrect and they did refund some of the order.
However, the issue was not with DoorDash, but that there was absolutely no customer service at Rounders. And even though we have ordered multiple times from this location and consistently receive incorrect orders, we still love the pizza and continue to order!
Unfortunately, this night, with the incorrect order and the no-help customer service, we have a family of 10 still very hungry and needing to look for food elsewhere at 9 PM on a Saturday night!
Needless to say, after this incident, we will not be using rounders for our pizza!
