4 /5 Nicole TheCaulkArtist: Rosalie Italian Soul is such a vibe. The decor is absolutely beautiful and I love the quaint intimate space for dining. There’s also a bar, but I didn’t partake as I normally would there because we had the majority of the restaurant to ourselves. We enjoyed the bruschetta appetizer and after I had the eggplant rollatini and my guest had the crispy seared salmon. The eggplant rotini was a bit sticky, which is a nice way to say dry. I also was not the fan of the eggplant itself, which I felt might’ve been slightly overcooked. The sticky salmon was absolutely delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed the bruschetta appetizer. Also espresso martinis here were divine. Service was great but fair warning. They only had one waiter, who did a phenomenal job, but I do worry if it gets busy that might be difficult or challenging. Overall, I do recommend m, especially for the ambience. You should be aware that the valet parking at the Baldwin hotel is $35 which I think is absolutely absurd but aside from that, loved the vibes here.
