5 /5 Jack Loftus: Wonderful little place with some amazing food. Its a cozy little place and a lot of its on the menu plus add all the daily specials on the chalk board when you walk in the place. Check out the lunch specials.
It took me a while to read through the menu and absorb it all.
In the meantime the nicely seasoned salsa with chips kept me preoccupied.
They even had Jaritos and I settled on the Fajitas combo for one.
The beef, chicken, onions and peppers came on a sizzling black iron slab with wood undertray. Second plate had the rice, refried beans, sour cream, pico de gio and guacamole . There was also a good sized lime wedge to drizzle lime juice over the meat and rice.
The meat was cooked to perfection and full of flavour. Rice was fully cooked and nice and fluffy, beans were good and consistent and nothing burned or undercooked.
Portion size was just perfect. Waiter was very attentive and literally within earshot the whole time.
I will definitely be back to this place to try more things off the menu.
