Gooroos Wood Fire Pizza - Oakwood (TX)

5 /5 nicole diaz: I’ve been going to Gooroo’s when they are in town for years because it is my all time favorite pizza! I knew I had to have them cater my wedding, and they did not disappoint!! They were communicative, punctual, and so easy to work with. Not to mention, the pizza was DELICIOUS, and the buffet style setup was sooooo aesthetic, people believed we payed much much more than we did! It was an absolute hit, we had barely any leftovers at the end of the night, which was such a bummer, but we were so glad that our guests loved it as much as we did. So thankful for Michael and Melissa being such a large part of our big day!

5 /5 Robert Joseph: Was able to stop off for a 30 min break and eat some of the best pizza I’ve had yet. Fresh veggies , cooked properly, and crispy pepperoni. Friendly employees and absolutely gorgeous day to sit down for a picnic . Gooroos saved the day, the choices in this town were limited , and this was the best one yet .

5 /5 Harlan Jennifer (Jenn/Maggie): Gooroos catered my new husband and Is wedding on October 12th, 2018. Mike and Melissa were AMAZING!! We knew we wanted to serve pizza at our wedding, since we held it at a local brewery, but we struck out trying to find a company in Austin that had both the quality we were after, and could accommodate cooking on-site with only their own truck. My MIL found them through a recommendation on Facebook, and we headed east to check them out. From the second we pulled up they greeted us like old friends, and absolutely went out of their way to make sure we could have our exact vision come true. They were a dream to work with, and showed up on our day of early, and with 7 people to keep the whole thing running. They put together an amazing spread for both our cocktail hour and the reception, and kept the food coming the entire time. No one left hungry, and we heard (both during the event and in the weeks since) SO MANY compliments on the food and presentation. I never could have imagined the amount of joy that has come from choosing Gooroos as our wedding caterer, but my heart is still overflowing!

5 /5 Chris Ely: GooRoos Pizza is delicious, fresh and made to order. They come to our town about twice a month and have the best wood fired pizza in the county! Friendly people that are always a pleasure talking to.
