RibCrib BBQ - Greenville (TX)

4 /5 Diane Rogers: Been hearing about the ribs here and not disappointed. Very tender and smoky, my only complaint is the bark on them was kind of dried out and chewy, otherwise good. The fried okra were very good and hot, Mac n cheese was a little dry but had potential. Mid afternoon on a Saturday the place was pretty empty but I liked the atmosphere; good music and very interesting art work on the walls. Will definitely go back to try the bbq and other items.

4 /5 Dawn Milner: The brisket has been fatty past 2 times. Mac n cheese was great last time and you can see how chunky rather than creamy it is tonight. Needs more staff.

5 /5 Gary Taylor: Local Hotel gave me a 10% coupon for this restaurant at check-in. I am glad I tried the RibCrib. It was worth it even without the coupon. If the picture looks good I can tell you that the food was excellent - it was tasty, it was hot and I enjoyed it every last morsel. Andrea was fantastic as my server and had good suggestions. I ended up with the combination ribs and catfish with fried okra and coleslaw.

5 /5 Jessica: The bbq pork sandwhich flavor was a little different than expected missed the mark on that one this time but usually its really good! Everything else was great as expected. The ribs were juicy & flavorful. The fries and chips were fresh and the lunch sandwiches were generous portions.

I was greeted promptly and placed my order. The service was exceptional, the employees were friendly and attentive and the food was superb. THANK YOU for making this a great experience. We will visit again. ORIGINAL REVIEW Went into restaurant to place a takeout order (baked potato stuffed with brisket). I had to wait a couple of minutes for someone to show up at the hostess stand. When the employee finally came to the counter and I told her that I wanted to order the potato, she responded "I think we are out of potatoes." This was around 6:00 pm. I will not return to this restaurant.
