3 /5 AR: You have to ask for your meat to be freshly dropped. Sometimes they do it, sometimes they dont and say they did. The night shift seems a little bit better. When the elderly ladies are working its pretty bad. I just cant stand getting cold and old chicken tenders or cold and old chicken sandwiches with dried up meat. When they make them fresh, theyre good. Its just a hassle to get it made right. We still go through. Glad the owner finally got their AC working. The employees were working in heat for a long while.

1 /5 J B: Ordered 12 pc tender box at drive through, took over 15 mins for our food, and they shorted us 3 strips and 2 biscuits.

1 /5 Dena Lara: Employee Juan was very rude and aggressive when I went in. I went in because my order was messed up and they said I would get free large fries which I was thankful for. I went in and hand a younger gentleman getting my tenders then Juan comes from the back asking what I need. I tell him I’m here for my tenders. And very rudely looks at me like I’m dumb. So I explain my messed up order and he was talking to me with attitude. Goes to the back gives me my tenders and I tell him I need my large fries and with attitude tells me well I need a receipt for that. And I tell him they told me it’s free and Rudely he says who did. Never in my life have I had seen a rude employee. I called the manager but doubt anything is being done. And at the end I asked a female worker for his name and she didn’t want to give it to me. Remember Juan it’s a bad day not a bad life. Customer service isn’t for you. For the gentleman working the window that day you were awesome and kind. Thank you

5 /5 Serena Reffitt: The general manager is very helpful and recommended very good flavors for the new wings. The store is always clean and everyone is very accommodating and share a great amount of delicacy.
