Pizza Hut - Bonham (TX)

1 /5 Cynthia Spann: Dishonest and scamming. I stopped using them years ago because youd always have something missing from your order and if you live outside of town, its our of your pocket to drive back to Bonham to get what you paid for in the first place. I stupidly decided to give them another chance. Im 2 weeks out of surgery and cant drive so I asked family to pick up the order. Once again Pizza Hut staff didnt pay attention when getting the order together and forgot the 4-pack of drinks. Instead of refunding what they owe you, they will either have you drive to the store or they will keep your money as a credit. Seems like an illegal practice when the customer is asking for a refund of what they didnt receive.

2 /5 Travis Jackson: Whoever is making pizzas tonight needs to go back to DOMINOES!! There is barely any sauce or cheese on my PEPPERONI pizza. Please do better this is not dominos we actually like pizza.

1 /5 **: Love and learn I guess, I ordered 3 pizzas for the church tonight they rang them up , $45.45 for 3 pizzas ( and a 20 oz. Pepsi) so even though it was high ,I STILL tipped the guy 18% because lets face it,all he did was input it into the cash register, nothing more. I ho to pick up the pizzas and ask for grated parmesan and red pepper packets " theyre a dollar a piece" says the young lady behind the counter. I told her I just spent Almost 50.00 " yeah, sorry I dont make the prices!" Last time Ill ever go to pizza hut in Bonham TX

4 /5 L G: Have always loved Pizza Hut and this one in Bonham is pretty good they are a little tight with the toppings. I wish they would bring back the $11:00 anyway you want it large pizza that was great anyway best pizza I know of in Bonham that delivers although delivery fees are so high I usually just pick it up. Also be sure to check for your special instructions and extras like extra marinara etc.

5 /5 Kim V: Get off the Apps. Get off your couch. Go to the restaurant and eat! If you truly want a good, hot fresh pizza...GO INSIDE! A pizza is never going to be great after being in a car for 20-30 minutes to be delivered. It appears most of these 3 or less stars are from Apps (GrubHub and the like), delivery and to go orders. We went inside, sat down and had good solid service and a great pizza. You just cant beat that first bite or that first slice of fresh out of the oven pizza. Try it, youll be surprised.
