1 /5 Flo-Entry: Awful Service, Overcharged, and a Sewer Smell
I recently had a terrible experience at this Burger King location and will absolutely not be returning.
The ordeal began with my simple order. The employee, Sarah, seemed to struggle with basic math and ended up overcharging me. When I politely pointed out the mistake and asked her to correct the total, her reaction was shocking and completely unprofessional. She didnt apologize or even acknowledge the error; instead, she had the audacity to tell me that I “don’t have to get” the food.
This level of inconsiderate and hostile customer service is unacceptable. Sarahs attitude was dismissive and disrespectful. She clearly lacked the basic training and professionalism required for a customer-facing role.
As if the poor service wasnt enough, the restaurant itself smelled terrible. There was a distinct, overpowering odor that smelled strongly like sewer gas, making the entire dining area unpleasant and frankly, nauseating.
Between the awful stench, the struggle with simple transactions, and the incredibly rude service from Sarah, this was a completely disappointing and frustrating visit. Save your money and your nose—I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
