5 /5 Miss Nicole: I placed a to-go order via inside the restaurant. Kaden was awesome! His customer service and friendliness were outstanding and very welcoming. It was my first time ordering from the to-go side, and he made it an amazing experience!

We get orders for our office often, and the food is well cooked, theres never anything missing, they always make sure condiments, silverware, and extra butter are added in. When we go in, the staff are always personable, the people are great to talk with, and the managers are so sweet. On a personal note, the general manager was sweet and amazing with a recent event. They are an incredible individual! I cant say enough positive things about this person and this restaurant.

5 /5 edna henry: Lauren J was our waitress tonight at Outback Lufkin, TX . She was wonderful from the time we sat down until we left. She was very knowledgeable & told us about the new items added to the menu. She made sure our food came out nice & hot & in a timely manner. She was always on top of making sure our drinks were full & we wanted for nothing. We will definitely be back & we will be asking for Lauren J once again. Thank you for the hospitality you showed us & making our eating experience a great one.

5 /5 Amy Gonzales: Eric (the manager) was super welcoming and attentive to our every need. Didn’t have to go without refills or bread they absolutely have the best dine in experience that I’ve had in a while. We are traveling and not from Lufkin but this will be a favorite for us from now on! The servers and hostesses were warm and cheerful! The food was delicious and the meal deal was so awesome! Got a starter, entree and dessert without spending an arm and a leg! Thank you all for tonight! We really appreciate you!

4 /5 Kellie B: First time there and the food was great. And the service was really good. But I did not like there handicap parking, the Front Door is Too Far Away From The Handicap Parking Area for my Elderly Parents. Or for Anyone who maybe Disabled. The parking is on the Side of the Building and they have a Fence on that side which makes a person have to walk way around to get to the front doors. They Should Remove The Fence on the Side By the Handicap Parking Area so Anyone that is Handicap can have Access to the front doors quickly, safely !
