Mi Cocina - Irving (TX)

4 /5 Pooja Patel: My husband and I tried Mi Cocina Irving for the first time and had a great experience! The guacamole, salsa and queso blanco were fresh and flavorful and the chips were given warm. The creamy poblano chicken enchiladas were a hit but the vegetarian quesadillas were not as flavorful. Overall, a wonderful, quick, attentive staff and experience! We would go back for their fresh chips/salsa/guac!

5 /5 Paola Casasola: I had the pleasure of being served by Rafael, and I cant say enough good things about him. From the moment we sat down, he was incredibly attentive—always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, without ever being intrusive. Rafael was not only kind and professional, but also had a great sense of humor that made the whole experience even more enjoyable. He created such a welcoming and fun atmosphere that really stood out. I ordered the quesadillas, and they were absolutely delicious—highly recommend! Between the amazing food and Rafael’s outstanding service, it was a fantastic dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope to be seated in his section again.

He was very attentive never needed a refill on anything chips, salsa drinks etc. On top of the great service the manager Debora stopped by our table and asked how we were doing and thanked us for coming in. It was a pleasure getting outstanding service all around. Definitely will be back.

4 /5 Gwendolyn R Houston-Jack: What a lovely restaurant! Treated a dear friend to dinner and figured this would be a great spot. We visited on a Tuesday evening around 6 pm. It wasnt too busy or too slow. Our server Andy was cordial and attentive. He recognized we needed time to catch up and allowed us time to do so. I highly recommend the Tacos "De Brisket". These brisket tacos are well seasoned and tasty. The accompanying rice is also a perfect side. And the chips and salsa are quite fresh. I ended my dinner with the flan and its good. Dont miss out on that.
