4 /5 Sarah Al-Zubi: I have been here several times and most of the experiences have been positive. However, this was the second time where the food was subpar, in the past few months. We were celebrating a friends birthday and it was somewhat disappointing. I ordered the manicotti, which i have tried before and was good, but it was the only dish that turned out good. My friend ordered a ravioli dish but the ravioli was rubbery and not edible. They did take it back and fixed her another plate. The second plate was better. My other friend ordered chicken Alfredo but she said the meat tasted processed and not fresh. This was her first experience here and she has decided, sadly, it would be her last. We ordered the cannoli which was stale and tasted old. We couldnt even cut it with a knife. We were laughing because how could they serve this with a straight face. This was a disappointing night. Another friend and I had went previously and tried the pizza. The pizza was soggy and undercooked and we had sent it back. The chef was rude about it. That friend refuses to go back too. I will say though, the wait staff is phenomenal. They are always friendly and accommodating. It seems though, the food quality is starting to go down.
