While the concept of Korean BBQ and Hot Pot is inherently fun, the staff elevates the meal from good to exceptional. From the moment we were seated, the attentiveness of the K-Pot team was remarkable. The serving staff is incredibly well-versed in the all-you-can-eat structure, providing quick, efficient guidance for newcomers while seamlessly managing repeat orders for seasoned diners. They are always circulating, but never hovering, ensuring our table’s grill plates were changed promptly and our hot pot broth was topped up before it got low. This level of proactive service truly sets K-Pot apart. They handle the rapid pace of the AYCE model with grace, quickly clearing used plates and bringing fresh cuts of meat and vegetables. When we had a question about cooking times or marinade flavor profiles, our server offered helpful, specific advice with a genuine smile. Furthermore, the restaurant maintains a spotless environment despite the heavy foot traffic and cooking processes. This commitment to cleanliness, supported by the efficient back-of-house service, makes the whole experience comfortable and relaxing. K-Pot delivers not just a fantastic meal, but a high-quality service experience that makes the interactive dining style completely stress-free. 5 /5 Ash Hawthorn: Weve been here many times, Willow is a most outstanding hostess! She was warm and welcoming, and completely on top of refilling our drinks, sauces, and changing out our hotplates! She even got the music turned down a bit for us! She had the patience of a saint when explaining how everything works to the tables around us who were there for the first time as well! The food was delicious and delivered to our table very quickly, and everything was very clean- we will most definitely be coming back AND will recommend this spot to our friends and family! 2 /5 Regina Keahey: My husband heard about it and has been wanting to go ever since they opened, but we never had the money. So, I saved up to be able to take him out and we invited a friend that had been before. From hitting the door, the entire experience was subpar. It was lunch and it wasn’t busy, but the bartender looked like they deigned to seat us with a “have you ever been here before?” No, but my friend had for dinner. Seats us. Waitress comes. Still absolutely NO guidance on how to order, what to order, what to expect, etc. Our friend had to explain everything. We ordered a hot pot each and the BBQ for the table. Everything tasted good(ish) until the bulgogi. Between the smell of it and the smell of the people a couple of tables down burning their parchment paper, the smell made me literally nauseated to the point that I had to run to the bathroom. My husband wound up being severely disappointed and we certainly won’t go back. I would not recommend this for a table more than two and certainly not for anything other than the experience. I am more than willing to try a different K-Pot place, but I would prefer to go someplace that actually cares.

5 /5 Jojo: Incredible, I have nothing bad to say about this experience, quite the opposute. My partner and I can say this has been the top 3 of restaurants and restaurant experiences that weve experienced in the US. Tyler (DJ Lance) was wonderful and very helpful with any questions or recommendations we needed. We will be back soon!

4 /5 EastTx Girl83: The soup base here is delicious. The table layout is not ideal for a group larger than 2 people. The grill is located at the end of the table and only 2 people can cook on it. There is a huge selection of meats and vegetables to choose from. The only thing I got that was nasty were the scallops. For a first time experience I feel like there should have been a better explanation of what to do. The buffet bar was missing a lot of item and really needed to be restocked for the price being charged. The place was clean and the staff were friendly, they just need to do a better job at explaining the concept to people who have never been. I hate not having a knife. Large kitchen scissors are gross and weird to me. The Boba tea is a great addition to the menu and so appreciated. I would actually come back to this location and I would recommend it to others.
