5 /5 Carl Hendricks: First experience buying from a butcher.. Wont be our last. Cant express enough the difference between Walmart/Brookshires meats versus getting meats here. The flavor and texture of the butcher meat is off the charts delicious. Doesnt disappear in your pan as you cook it. The family thats running this place is super nice and the store was beautifully clean. We got hamburger meat and breakfast sausage and pork chops, steaks, bacon, summer sausage and a wonderful smoked cheddar cheese. Boudin that was the best Ive ever tasted. I cant rave enough of how delicious and spectacular their meat is... Theyve got us hook line & sinker.. ☺️ yummy

5 /5 Shelly Ahlfinger: Went in yesterday to buy a chuck roast. I left with tamales, boudin balls and boudin eggroles. The roast is so incredibly tender and delicious! Can’t wait to go back and get some snapper from them. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

1 /5 Dustin Moss: Extremely expensive Im not for sure if theyre trying to sell grade A5 beef or if they just think everybodys made of money really really expensive so much so that I can afford to try to see what grade that beef is but its priced as grade A5 I just dont see it being that great so go at your own expense
