5 /5 Cassie Westover: Stopped by The Japanese Cowboy food truck in Gainesville, Texas today, and wow, what a treat! I had the chicken and veggie hibachi along with some egg rolls, and every bite was delicious. The food is seriously mouthwatering! I also got to chat with the owners, who are super friendly and made the experience even better. Definitely a hidden gem in town. I’ll be back for sure! Highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area!

5 /5 Katie Summers: Wonderful food, staff, and overall experience! The food was fresh and delicious. Lots of flavor, and the yum yum sauce was wonderful! The staff were so kind and even gave us some complimentary water bottles when he saw we didn’t have a drink. The area was wonderful on this November afternoon. Really no complaints only raves! You must try their yummy food!

5 /5 G P: Good as hell. fast service yumyum sauce is the best if your wanting to try it out just do it! I wish they had a fried rice that has cashews in it but either way ill always come by for hibachi as a local I’m glad this food truck is in town!
