5 /5 Sarah Durst: Happy Fish House -So dang good. We started with the boudin and the crab balls, and both were super yummy—the kind of appetizers that disappear way too fast. I got the fried shrimp basket with grits and whew… those grits were cheesy and on point. Comfort food perfection. Huge portions too—like “you’re definitely taking some home unless you’re a competitive eater” huge. Our waitress was quick, friendly, and kept our drinks full the whole time, which is always a win in my book. I’d absolutely come back. Great food, great service, and serious bang for your buck.

We ordered the Captain Set, grilled fish, and fried oysters—everything was fresh, well-seasoned, and absolutely delicious. The seafood was cooked perfectly, and the portions were generous. Best of all, there was no wait and we were seated right away. The cozy, coastal-inspired decor and friendly staff made the experience even better. Highly recommend for a satisfying seafood meal in Tyler!

5 /5 VaNeSsA W: The food was perfect. The fish batter was light & fluffy. The meat was fully cooked and moist. The shrimp were huge! Kelly was an awesome server, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. My drink was great. The only complaint we had was that it was COLD in there! It was still really clean, relaxed, and upbeat.
