1 /5 MENDY ROTH: I placed an order online on Christmas Eve. I received a text saying my order would be ready at 4:53 pm. My husband left and went to go pick up the order and the lobby was closed. He then called and told me; I asked him why he didnt try the drive thru he told me no one was going through it. By this time, he had made it home which I then called, and they told me the drive thru was only open. He went back to go through the drive thru and get the order. When he came home the food was cold, understandable, BUT I paid over 3 dollars for extra cheese on my nachos and there was barely any, my husbands nachos looked awful. I went back today with pictures and my receipt that I printed out of my email. I asked to speak to a manager the lady, whos name I didnt get, told me she was the manager. I then showed her the pictures, and she said there was nothing she could do about it that it sat for 2 hours. But how could it have sat there for 2 hours if they closed at 6? She then said the food was made correctly and there was nothing she could do about it. She was extremely condescending in her manner and attitude. I will NEVER be back there. That has to be one of the worst customer service experiences I have had.
