5 /5 Christopher Garcia: Mother & I stopped in for lunch to see if EF still had its recipe touches as we remember from the 80s. The beef enchiladas w/ carne sauce & crispy taco are still a hit! Original Chips n Salsa are still crispy and lightly salted; salsa flavor is the same as when I was a kid. Mother ordered the new TX Brisket Enchiladas (pic) that match really well with the savory black beans. They are topped with red Ahaheim Chili sauce which has a kick btw. Chad was our courteous waiter & went above & beyond to offer substitutions for sauce toppings which was very nice of him to suggest. He was still very attentive as the busy lunch rush progressed. We had to end the meal with the good ole Sopapillas w/honey (pic) & even added a bag of Chips to go which Chad took right off the shelf for us. The pricing is very reasonable compared to other Tex-Mex establishments which was another nice surprise. We will be back sooner than later, so thank you EF for not losing your touch after all these years....
