Grumps Burgers - Stephenville (TX)

5 /5 Misty: Landed at Grumps during a curated day retreat with the boyfriend. We were in town from DFW and drove past this location. The place was welcoming and fun. Plenty of seating. We were greeted promptly for counter service. Plenty of beer and cocktail choices. I went with a bottle of Shiner and boyfriends draft was icy cold. Food took the 12-15 minutes we were told to wait. And it was well worth the short wait. The food came out hot and delicious. I chose the basic burger with no mustard with a side of sweet potato fries. Both came out perfectly cooked and prepared. Say yes to the jalapeño ketchup! And the ranch was spot on. Both offered by the attentive staff as they brought us our food at no extra charge. Thank you for the courtesy.

5 /5 Garrett K: GREAT burgers. The meat tastes fresh as though it’s never been frozen which makes all the difference. The burgers here were so good, and the rest of food, we went back here twice during our 3 day trip. Cool decor, and they have a leg lamp y’all. Great, friendly service. Place your order and they bring it out. 10/10, would recommend and will gladly go back.

4 /5 Kyle Riley: I enjoyed this place. The hamburgers are good. The patties were pretty thick as well. That helps. What seems to be the usual for me, I started eating my food before I took a picture. Lol. I didn’t really care for the french fries just because they were really crispy. I’m not a fan of crispy french fries. But, that being said they were still good. I like the decor of the restaurant. It’s got a pretty cool vibe for what it is. The lady that helped us, Sara, was one of the managers. She was really kind. Every employee we encountered definitely made the Customer Service good. I definitely recommend giving this place a try.
