5 /5 Daniel Schnell: If you’re looking for incredible local barbecue, this place is an absolute must. The smoked chicken was easily some of the best I’ve ever had—perfectly seasoned, tender, and packed with that rich, smoky flavor that shows they really know what they’re doing. What truly sets this spot apart, though, is the owner, Earnest. He’s one of the kindest, most genuine people you’ll meet. He takes the time to greet customers, check in on their meals, and make everyone feel welcome. You can tell he puts his heart into both the food and the community. Great food, great people—can’t ask for much more. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Najwa M: OMG this place is soooo good, I’m sad that I’m just now trying it, considering they’ve been in business 10 years. The staff was very nice, the owner introduced himself as well he was extremely down to earth. I let him know I was from Baton Rouge so I’m no stranger to good seasoned food. This is hands down some of the best catfish in this area and it’s real catfish. I also tried the chopped chicken sandwich again, very flavorful and good. I can’t wait to return when I’m in that area again.

5 /5 John Lindsay: I’ve eaten a lot of Bbq and Earnest B’s rates near the top. The seasoning and bark along with the smokey taste and smell is top notch. The potato bun’s were fresh a and really added to the experience. My mouth waters just thinking about it. If you’re in the Frisco area, it’s a must stop for lunch or dinner. I would rate the taste and flavor of the brisket over Hutchins which I like a lot. Go try it and you won’t be disappointed.

5 /5 Steve K.: We were looking for a new BBQ joint to meet up and try out for lunch, thats close to the wifes job, and this place fits the bill. Service was attentive, we were greeted by two staff members upon arrival, so off to a great start. Order is made convenient with the availability of an ordering kiosk. Of course, you can order with a live person at the counter if you wish. I ordered the pork ribs plate and wife order the brisket plate. Our bill came out exceptionally reasonable compared to other BBQ joints weve eaten at, and the plates were phenomenal. Not a huge fan of the coleslaw, but their pork ribs are perfectly smoked, juicy, pull-off-the-bone tender and each bone has a perfect smoke ring and bark! The house BBQ sauce is great and Ill be picking up a bottle or two along with their rub the next time we stop by, which is next Friday!
