5 /5 Garrett Cantrell: We stopped by Dieter Brothers in Lindsay, TX for lunch on a Saturday around noon. The place was busy (always a good sign) but our group of seven got seated right away.
Everything we ordered was great — my wife’s Reuben with curly fries was hot, fresh, and loaded with flavor. I had the three-meat BBQ plate (brisket, ribs, and German sausage) with German potato salad, and it was all delicious — especially the sausage! Their homemade BBQ sauce ties everything together perfectly.
My mom’s chicken fried steak was excellent, and the onion rings were next-level good. The staff were super friendly and attentive, and the whole experience just felt relaxed and welcoming.
Definitely a spot we’d come back to if we’re in the area again!
