1 /5 Zaman Sajid: I had a very disappointing experience at Dave’s Kitchen. When I provided feedback about an error in my last order, the manager, Hailey, responded in a rude and aggressive manner. She informed me that she had prepared the order herself, but instead of acknowledging the mistake, she was unwilling to accept responsibility.
This interaction made it clear that customer feedback is not valued at this establishment. I submitted my concerns through their online feedback form, but only received a generic response that did not address the issue.
Based on this experience, I do not recommend this restaurant. If management responds to customers in such a dismissive and aggressive way, it raises concerns about the overall culture and what behavior staff may be encouraged to adopt.
