5 /5 monica brents: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 I came into Dairy Queen late with a group of 16 energetic young adults, and the staff absolutely knocked it out of the park! Despite being close to closing time, they took our orders efficiently and got everything out quickly. What really stood out was their fantastic attitude, friendly and professional even under pressure. Thanks for making our late-night visit a great experience! Highly recommend this location!

2 /5 YE SAI YA: My family and I just visited The Exotic resort zoo from out of town, just close by and wanted a fresh meal, our order number was 77 at 5:32pm 7/16/25 Our meals where cold and had a bad after taste, I ordered a Belt-buster combo meal , once I seen my burger it only had one burger. I informed Ms.Brenda that my order was made wrong and she added a cold patty and a cheese that was not melted one bit Not only that at the soda station and the trash can there where a many gnats flying around , we ended up leaving soon after, Mind you we were the only customers at the time

5 /5 Trellisa Woods: Stopped by the drive-thru last night and had the friendliest, most personanable, and courteous service from David. It is such a rare occurrence these days and I believe it is very important to point out the positive interactions with the hope it will continue to encourage others by realizing great service does not go unnoticed! It was so nice to be able to drive home happy and not frustrated from poor service. Thank you again David and Dairy Queen please appreciate your positive, efficient employees, it truly makes a world of difference for your customers to have good people representing your business!

2 /5 Analicia Perez: I’m honestly shocked and disappointed by what I witnessed during my recent visit. While preparing my Blizzard, the employee cut the banana with their bare hands, no gloves, no utensils, nothing. It was a sight I surely did not want to see while pulling up. It honestly ruined it for me that I could not eat it. Food safety should be a basic standard, and seeing fresh produce handled directly without any protection is unacceptable. I’ve always enjoyed coming here, but this experience really ruined my trust. I expect better hygiene practices, especially in a food-service environment. I hope management takes this seriously and retrains staff, because customers shouldn’t have to worry about how their food is being handled.
