Jack in the Box - Angleton (TX)

3 /5 Pamela F: Sat at drive thru ordering station for a good 15 minutes and no one came on the speaker. I drove up to the window and not a soul in sight. Waited for a few minutes before parking and going in. Mind you, NO ONE else is in the restaurant but us and the workers. Order took 25 minutes receive. First and last time here!

1 /5 Jacob Claunch: Workers were great. My gripe is how pathetic the regular tacos come pre-made with a little pooch of filling. On most occasions, theres more taco shell than filling. They kindly offered to remake my tacos, but I was already aggravated because this happens more than I would like, so I declined and just threw the tacos in the garbage.

1 /5 Elisa Hazard: Sat in line for 5 minutes waiting on an Unsweet Tea. After the wait they still managed to give me a sweet tea! And before someone is like oh they misheard you...no i told them 2 times. Once at the order board and once at the window.

2 /5 Amanda McRoberts: We ordered through the app, it was missing three of our hash browns and they put bread on an item that we asked for no bread on. Tried to call for half an hour to resolve and the phone line was constantly busy. Typically theyre really good when we order because we have Celiacs....but the last two times they messed up the orders. Always triple check your food before leaving.

1 /5 Sheila Rieck: We went through the drive throught and it didnt take long but when we got our food we were already gone and they had got the order right but the problem was the fries were RE-WARMED and they didnt have any salt and the drink were absolutely horrible! The coke tasted like it had been just sitting there for hours upon hours and we got another one and it tasted like it was expired we also got two root beers for the kids and they both tasted like they were flat they also tasted like water the burger buns were sauced too much and to go along with the fries they tasted like they were dipped in water then warmed up again and the grilled cheese is over cooked and un-edible and a tip future reference ADD KID STRAWS FOR GOODNESS SAKE!!
