1 /5 Diana Martinez: It’s absolutely insane to me how me and my husband are having to wait to get to the restaurant to order take out, when we’re trying to order before to not have to hold up the line since they usually take longer since it’s A burger. There’s been multiple times in which they just hang up even when there is only a car in the drive through and 2 people in tables inside already eating. I understand if it would have been once but it’s ALWAYS.

2 /5 Hailie Gage: Internet and Dairy Queen website says pup cups are supposed to be a small serving of soft serve maybe topped with a dog treat. I would be okay paying a small charge for that so i did, after i pay the server handed me small cup of a one second spray of whipped cream which is not what i paid for. My shake was melted already and window lady didn’t seem interested in even working there. I would go to scooters right across the street for a FREE decent size pup cup that comes with a treat :)

2 /5 Akira Prentice: I came to get some tacos and a chicken strip basket. First of all the lady in the window was super rude and didn’t greet us, basically through our blizzard and drinks at us to move us along. Then I got my tacos and all of the stuffing wasn’t even in the shell. Seemed like they through lettuce and tomatoes in the box and called it good. I love Dairy Queen but something’s got to give I don’t appreciate feeling like an inconvenience when trying to get my food.

1 /5 LW WK: I went to this unit on a Saturday at 2pm amd the dining room was closed. There was no sign just closed no one around. Why?
