5 /5 f g: Fairly new establishment. Service from waitstaff and line cooks were quick and freindly. The band was solid and make sure you visit 2nd-3rd floors of the venue. Texas theme decor was very nice. Try the pork belly -it was very tasty. The General Manager very courtous and helpful.

2 /5 Don. Vorm: My twin sons wanted to eat here for their 22nd birthday dinner. The ambiance is amazing. It looks amazing inside and on the roof. Our waitress, Celeste, was very friendly. But because it was a Friday night, it was very busy. She was at times not present. I ordered two drinks 5 to 10 minutes before my boys and one sons wife arrived. They ordered their drinks. Their drinks came before mine? It took 15 more minutes at least to get my wifes and mine. I ordered a raspberry Margarita. They didnt add any alcohol. My wife ordered a pineapple Mojito (non-alcoholic). Celeste returned with a regular non-alcoholic MojitoI (basically lime juice). My wife tried it, but it was horrible and returned it. I ordered the steak flatbread and the meat was very very chewy. SO chewy I had to pull the meat apart by hand. It was like being back on my mission trip while in Uganda. Service was slow and at times non existent. Food was subpar. My wife ordered the roasted chicken. She said the vegetables were great but nothing special about the chicken. My oldest son arrived late. He sat there 20 minutes and Celeste hadnt even stopped by. He had to order his food and drinks from a different waitress. Overly priced and not worth returning. In my opinion

5 /5 Bryce Burns: Amazing atmosphere, good music, really cool bars and layout! The service made me feel VIP. The manager walked us down found us a table when the kitchen was literaly 2 min from closing. She had the kitchen still make our order to just make sure we got served dinner. Our server Brittany was awesome and on point with everything! Amazing!

5 /5 Wendi the Wanderer: Stopped for lunch at the three-story Cowboys and Cadillacs Bar and Lounge in New Braunfels. The location and ambiance are gorgeous and well worth the short drive from San Antonio. We heard that it gets busy at night so decided to visit over lunch. The service was very attentive and the drinks and food during our visit were on point. The location was so well decorated that there were times that I felt like I was on a movie set. Job well done.

5 /5 H Chai: What a gem! We stumbled onto this venue during one of our many trips to NB and we were not disappointed! The ambiance of the place is gorgeous inside and out. And we even discovered a new local artist that was on stage that night. From the host to the service and even others coming to check on us throughout our visit was some of the best and this was a very busy night for them! The food and drinks were just as great! I believe our server was Andrew. Will definitely make it back.
