5 /5 Lisa Morris: Went with a friend today for the lunch specials. The food was delicious. I had the Italian Chicken Parmesan. For dessert I had Chocolate Chunk Pizookie. Fabulous & yummy yum. The waiter Aaron was very friendly and helpful. Excellent Customer Service.

2 /5 Strictly Imports: Service was fine, the server was sweet. Atmosphere was as expected, no issues. But the food… absolutely terrible. One bad plate, okay, maybe a cooks mistake or a picky eater. But 4 disappointing plates? The pizza, no sauce. Not even a little. Didn’t realize it til I got home and asked my kids why they didn’t eat much. They just didn’t want to interrupt the dinner to mention it. (Pic added for reference). Salmon, overcooked and dry. Steak, asked for med/rare closer to rare, came out medium with no flavor. But the waitress did bring A1 without being asked, it’s like she already knew the steak was going to suck. Slow roast beef dip, nothing thin sliced at all as the menu says. Thick chunks that were tough to chew through. It was a bday celebration so we didn’t say a word, no reason to ruin the vibe or make the waitress uncomfortable by complaining about half of the table of food. We didn’t have time to sit around for it to be fixed. We simply won’t be back. We’re local, and won’t recommend it.

5 /5 Leia: Shout out to Amber L! I came in last night with my family and the service was incredible. She greeted us quickly. Always had our drinks full and one step ahead on what we needed. She spoke to my children and asked about Santa coming to visit them and just was all around a genuine person. She will definitely have return customers. Thank you Amber. You made our night.

5 /5 Cladscroll5: May was an amazing server at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Our drinks stayed full, the food came out exactly how we ordered it, and she checked in at just the right times without being overbearing. You can tell she genuinely cares about providing great service and making guests feel welcome. If you’re dining at BJ’s, definitely ask for May—she made our experience awesome!
