During our visit, she was responsible for serving over 75 guests simultaneously, and somehow made every table feel attended to and valued. Her ability to remain calm, organized, and fluid under that level of pressure was truly impressive.
Despite the volume, every interaction was professional, friendly, and efficient. Orders were accurate, timing was excellent, and the overall experience for everyone was outstanding. It’s clear that Gigi doesn’t just work hard she leads by example and elevates the entire operation around her.
If this establishment wants to continue its success and set a standard for excellence, Gigi is exactly the kind of person who should be promoted into a General Manager role. She has the composure, work ethic, and leadership presence that great teams are built on.
