4 /5 Michael Church: Took my family of five for lunch on a Sunday. It was busy but got seated right away. Server was friendly and polite. Took our orders correctly even with the special requests. The food arrived shortly and was hot and delicious. Our drinks were refilled and to go cups were given. Great food and service.

3 /5 Natasha Brown: Went in today for Chilis and got one of my favorite plates to go. Smashburger no cheese extra pickles. Im extremely allergic to cheese. The young lady that was taking my order wasnt sure what she was doing so she asked one of her trainers. Upon receiving my food I asked the young lady again if there was no cheese on the hamburger and extra pickles. She turned the bag around with the receipt attached showing me and assuring me that there was no cheese and extra pickles. Of course as soon as I got home and opened up my food I noticed it had not only one slice of cheese but two. I do not live close to Chilis and unfortunately I am without my lunch and just came from the hospital.

1 /5 Tiffany Chandler: I’ve never had a bad waiter before, until tonight. The staff was so rude and slow my boyfriend order a drink (he’s older then 21) and showed his id to the waiter, he took two sips of it and the waiter came back and asked for everyone’s id at the table. I simply said we aren’t drinking so you don’t need to see ours, so he took the drink out of my boyfriend hand…. And tried to charging us for it. Never going back there again.

2 /5 ruth moreno: I drove from okc to visit friends and we decided to eat chilis together..well I just left, the waiter was so nice but omg our food.. the ranch tasted sour, the quesadillas tasted cold and old, the honey chipotle chicken felt like rubber . When I first got my water, it had lemon, which I don’t really care for usually but it tasted very dirty so I asked the waiter if I can get another water with out lemon and it tasted the same, just dirty and gross.The floors were dirty, the cups we were drinking out of were dirty ! there was little particles floating in our drinks. The men bathroom is disgusting.I won’t come back to this location.
