5 /5 Taylor Paul: We tried the Film Alley movie theater for the first time this past weekend. I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews, but everything went smoothly! I think the trick is to order your food as soon as possible. We got to the theatre 30 minutes before our movie began and ordered food right away at the counter. All of the staff was friendly. There was no line at the food counter, and the ticket host did let us know that that is usually not the case (maybe we got lucky). The man behind the food counter told us that they were almost completely out of any chicken meals, but has enough for what we wanted (again, maybe we got lucky?) He also mentioned they were short-staffed in the kitchen, so we expected it to be a while. We came for an early movie + dinner at a 4:45 pm showing, and I think that helped! We had our food served about 20 minutes into the movie starting and that worked out great. Everything was clean, chairs were comfy and the food tasted good!
