Chicken Salad Chick - Granbury (TX)

2 /5 Jimi Austin: Stopped by to place an order to go. Although we didnt dine in, the interior of the restaurant looked very clean and nicely decorated. Ordered the Classic Carol meal on white bread and a side of pasta salad and also a Pimento Cheese BLT on a croissant and asked to include a scoop of the Fancy Nancy on it but was told it had to be on the side. Thought that was odd but no big deal. Ordered the broccoli salad as the side. As I went to pay, the screen asked for a tip which I also thought was odd since its all counter service like a standard fast food restaurant. The clerk was friendly but its kinda rude to expect your customers to pay additional when theres no additional service being provided to warrant a tip. Got home and opened the bag and found out the pimento cheese was missing from 1 sandwich and the other had no lettuce or tomato, just the chicken salad on the bread. Also was missing a pickle spear that was supposed to be included. The food itself, was ok, but nothing really stood out. Just all very.... average. Ive had better chicken salad from the HEB deli honestly. Meals also came with a small cookie which wasnt anything special. Would give 3 stars but gotta knock it down to 2.5 for getting the order wrong.

5 /5 Stormy Lovern: I used this location to cater a baby shower I was hosting! Amanda was so amazing and helpful when I had questions on quantities and choices. The food turned out absolutely amazing and not a crumb was left! The ordering process online is super simple! If you have an event coming up I would I highly recommend using Chicken Salad Chick!

5 /5 David Paul Chavez: If happiness came in sandwich form, it would be the Jalapeño Chick on a croissant. That thing has a permanent place in my heart and probably a temporary lease on my waistline. The chicken soup? Comfort in a cup. The pickles? So fresh they should come with a warning label. Every time I walk in, I swear I’m not getting dessert… and every time I walk out, I’m one glance away from ordering that red velvet cake. One day I’m going to cave, and it’s going to be glorious. The staff here is ridiculously friendly, like “did we just become best friends?” friendly. The shop is cute, clean, and honestly one of the best places to eat in Granbury. Portions lean a little small, but I’m telling myself that’s intentional so I can pretend I’m watching my figure or making room for that cake.
