Cheddars Scratch Kitchen - Wichita Falls (TX)

4 /5 Sean Clark: Love Cheddars. Each location can be a hit or miss! Our experience was pretty decent here. The onion rings came out amazing. The chicken dish we ordered was really good, but my Philly cheesesteak was lacking flavor and the fries were very sad. hopefully next visit will be a little bit better as far as food quality.

5 /5 Bill Tautges: Called on Christmas Eve. They said come on, well have your table ready when you get here and they did. Food was amazing, service was good (I think she was new but did well), atmosphere great. All this even though they were about to close. Never felt rushed, even though we did. Amazing experience.

4 /5 Thats Tonya: The service was great. We were seated pretty quickly. The appetizer came out relatively fast. We were told twice that there were no croissants for 30 minutes it was a Friday night at 6pm when we were sat. So at 6:35 since we hadn’t received our meal yet I kindly asked if the croissants were ready now when the server came by to apologize for a long wait on food. The restaurant was pretty steady. But, our waitress then kinda went off about how the croissants are made and how long it takes from start to finish lol she was obviously having a rough night I even heard her tell a new table that was sat behind us as we got our food and after her rant that it would be 30 minutes for croissants anyways never got any food that was ordered came out cooked well

5 /5 Donna Nicholson: Cheddar’s is one of my favorite places to eat and I go there often. The food and atmosphere are great. Their grilled salmon is out of this world. Service is generally good but sometimes the food is slow to be served. Still a 5 star restaurant in my opinion!

1 /5 Tori Tuminello: Would not return. We only saw our server twice: to get drink order and app order. The cheese bites were fantastic 10/10 but the onion rings came out lukewarm and were just not good. We ordered the chocolate cake sundae through the kiosk and it was dry and tasted vaguely of a public bathroom?? We never had any interaction with staff after the dessert was delivered by someone we hadn’t seen prior. We attempted to pay on the kiosk but the wifi had gone down according to staff at the host stand and the kiosk was not working and began to flash red. At least 5 staff members walked by and saw us flashing red and didn’t help. After 20+ minutes of waiting to pay, I went to the host stand and asked to pay at the front. The restaurant has a cool vibe but the fish tank was way overstocked and a huge green algae bloom was happening. Just go somewhere else if you’re in the area
