Margaritas city - Kerrville (TX)

1 /5 Estaban Vaz: This place has gone downhill. Lack of knowledge from employees, they do not care if you need something, their faces are in their phones. My wife’s enchiladas were too tough to consume. Seems they ran the old crew out and replaced with kids. The old waitstaff made the experience, hoping they step their game up.

5 /5 Karen Jones: Our first visit to Margaritas City was delightful! We went for a weekday lunch (11:40am) and found the restaurant very clean and friendly with perhaps 30% of the tables occupied with patrons. We had iced tea and the Texano Plate, which was the Special of the Day. The Carne Asada was fabulous, beans and rice were good, but the beef enchiladas were somewhat bland, but still good. Their salsa was very good. Id rate their tortilla chips 7/10. Our server was excellent. Lovely new restaurant! We will definitely return.

5 /5 Donnell Woodfox: I like this new Margarita city. I had been to the old restaurant. This revamp of the restaurant and location is nice. Margaritas still the best in town. Ana was a good server.

3 /5 Rickyp: First time eating there. Beautiful restaurant and plenty of parking. Ordered fajita/ chicken platter for one. Our son ordered enchiladas. The fajitas and chicken were small pieces instead of long slices, therefore the small pieces tasted overdone. Not the fajitas and chicken we were inspecting. Corn Tortillas were too chewy. I didn’t try the , but my son loved them. I don’t like putting low reviews on any restaurant, but maybe they will change the way they prepare the food. I want our local restaurants to prosper. Sorry for the low stars.

1 /5 Crystal Shaw-Spiegler: Our server was sitting on the steps by the kitchen. When we tried to get her attention she got up and walked into the kitchen. Our food was incorrect, we were missing items we ordered. One of the items we got was mostly just fat with a little meat attached. When we left we tried to tell the kid at the register that our food was wrong, that we were missing items and that we were very unhappy with our meal. His response was “ ok” I won’t be back. Horrible service. What food we did was wrong or gross and fatty. This used to be a great place. What happened?
