5 /5 Adam.: I was looking for a burger and a place that wasnt a circus and I found both at Blue Sky! This place was perfect for getting a good burger and a chill atmosphere! The onion rings were probably the best ive had (for real, and I dont compare onion rings!). And good sweat tea even had coconut flavor odd but good!

Grilled jalapeños, grilled mushrooms, grilled onions, French fries, root beer float, and the iced root beer fountain drink was great! Temperatures all perfect! The restaurant clean, stocked well, and great employees and staff! I highly recommend!

5 /5 Taylor: Stopped in at Blue Sky Texas in Midland and went all in with a double cheeseburger and a plate of chili cheese fries. The Burger: Big, juicy patties with plenty of flavor. The cheese was melted perfectly between the meat. The bun was soft but held up well. It is not overly fancy, just a solid old-school cheeseburger that hits the spot. The Chili Cheese Fries: The portion was generous and definitely built for sharing, though I was glad I kept them to myself. The fries were hand cut and topped with plenty of chili and melted cheese. Some fries stayed crispy while others soaked up the toppings. It was messy, hearty, and exactly what you expect from a good chili cheese fry. The ranch on the side was a nice touch. The Vibe: Casual and family friendly, with that local Texas burger joint feel. Service was quick enough. I can see how consistency might make or break the experience depending on the visit. Overall: If you are craving a hearty burger and chili cheese fries in Midland, Blue Sky delivers on comfort food.

This is not just a burger joint — this is a place where burgers achieve their final form. The burger was so good it made me question every other burger I’ve ever eaten. Juicy, perfectly cooked, and assembled with the confidence of someone who knows exactly what they’re doing. The fries? Golden, crispy perfection. Not soggy. Not sad. Fries that clearly woke up and chose excellence. By the time I finished eating, I was full, happy, and considering canceling future meals because nothing else might live up to this. If loving Blue Sky Texas burgers and fries is wrong, I don’t want to be right. Five stars. Would eat again. Will eat again. Probably sooner than I should

5 /5 Jason Estes: The service was quick and easy. The fries and onion rings were amazing! I also had a double green chile cheeseburger minus the mayo. It was great, but the green chiles couldve used some more flavor or couldve been spicier.
