5 /5 Juan Parra: First time going, it was an awesome experience. Our server Jeremy was awesome and very attentive to our needs. We also enjoyed that we were able to take our pet with us. The food was also so delicious and the portions were great.

5 /5 Eli Reyes: As we walked in, the general manager Sierra Allison welcomed us in. We felt very welcome with her warm smile and kind attention. Our server Liz was also very kind and had such a wonderful attitude. She made having breakfast a very enjoyable experience. We’ve dined here many times before but this was the first time where we received this kind of attention. We noticed that Liz not also served us wonderfully but she was taking care of her other tables with such finesse and with that same great attitude. Thank you for employing these 2 wonderful young ladies as they are a credit to your reputation for good service and tasty food. It would be amazing if these young ladies could be duplicated for all black bear locations. It was a blessing to have them serve us. Thank you kindly.

2 /5 Kimberly Chambless: This was my first time here. I walked in around 5pm, I was seated immediately, and started to looking through the menu that was design as a newspaper. Cool concept. I decided on the Parmesan Sourdough Cheeseburger, asked for the meat to be well done. I hadnt eaten all day and my mouth and stomach was ready to devour the meal. I brought a complementary pancake that was delicious. I though to myself that Ill definitely have to come back for breakfast. Just as I finished the pancake my meal came. The plate was nice and hot. I took a bite and noticed the meat was raw. Red juices were left on the plate from the raw meat. I couldnt eat it. My stomach went from hungry to wanting to throw up. I ate a few more fries and then asked for the check. I was just so turned off after that. I doubt I will return and its a shame because I bet it would have been delicious if the meat had been cooked the way I asked. The waitress was friendly and checked on me plenty. Im kind of shocked she didnt ask if I enjoyed the meal being that I left it all.

5 /5 kat: This was my first visit to a Black Bear and I loved it! The service was incredible, the portions are so big (I wish I had others to help me eat all that food!), and the food was yum! The menu is insane and of course, I had to read it all. Then you can read their story and their “newspaper”. It was a cool vibe! I really enjoyed myself and even went back for breakfast the next day! Excited to eat here again when I’m back in the area!
