5 /5 Rachel Black: This was my first time to Adobe Cafe and after 2 years in NB my search is over for the best Tex-Mex in town! Food was hot, steak was tender, and everything was delicious! Server was incredibly friendly - smiled like she actually enjoyed working there! Also impressed that every table was occupied, but food was delivered quickly and the place looked clean and organized!

5 /5 Mandy Hutchison: Tex-Mex for the soul. I live out of state now, so scratching my tex-Mex itch is essential every time I visit. Adobe Cafe knocked it out of the park with their cheese enchiladas. My mom got the garlic shrimp and thoroughly enjoyed them as well.

1 /5 Alex Garcia: Not sure how this place has a high rating. Parking lot is a nightmare. Got our drink order wrong. Ordered a Tex-Mexini and the shaker was full of ice and it was still only filled ⅔. Little glass with a big ice in it as well. Made 1 and ½ fills. Ordered $17 Pork Carnitas and half the plate was toppings. Caritas were burnt. Beans came 5 min later. I guess the old people rate this place off "character" and dont realize how bad they are getting ripped. *wow. What a way to reply. Justify your mistakes. We did tell the server the issue with the drink and it was fixed. I shouldnt have to complain or send crap back. For the price, maybe do a better job.

5 /5 Maria Torres: First time and the food was great & service too.planning on going again. I had the vegetarian enchiladas and it was so delicious. My husband had beef fajita tacos plate, the fajitas were soft and taste great. Over all everything was great.

Fresh chips and salsa are always served promptly upon seating, and the staff regularly checks in to ensure our needs are met. The menu showcases a variety of fresh food and drink options. Additionally, Adobe provides a private room for large events and a bar area.
