5 /5 Abelardo Torres: Stopped by A&J Williams BBQ food truck yesterday and tried the brisket, ribs, and ham — all three were tender, smoky, and full of flavor. The brisket practically melted in my mouth, the ribs had a perfect smoky bark, and the ham was juicy with just the right amount of seasoning.
The BBQ beans had a nice sweet-and-savory balance, they included potato salad as well but Im not a potato salad person, still good though — great sides to round out the plate. For about $20 with tip, I walked away full and satisfied.
If you’re looking for solid BBQ at a fair price, A&J Williams BBQ definitely hits the spot. I’ll be back for sure.
