Olive Garden Italian Restaurant - Greenville (TX)

5 /5 Timothy Brumit: This was our first visit to the newest location in Greenville. The wait for a Saturday evening wasn’t bad at all, even with a parking lot packed full of cars! Jeremy was our server and he was amazing! Offered all drink options, appetizers and told us about all of the things we had questions about. He kept cups filled and all of us fat and happy! Keep up the great work Jeremy! Food was great, hot and very filling! Restaurant was very clean, and looked very high end! Way better than the old locations we used to go to back in the day!

5 /5 Jessica: Shout out to our local Olive Garden. We went tonight for a birthday. Service was slow, our kiddos got their food about 20 mins before us- yes it’s quicker to make, other then the delay the food was great. About our waitress Whitley. She was running so many large tables with another and kept apologizing for everything that was out of her control to us and another table near us. Kitchen delays are not waitresses fault. If we could have tipped her more we would have! Baby girl no need to apologize you did amazing with all that was on you! Management please let her know she is a great asset to your company! We watched this girl keep it together even when no help was around. As a prior waitress myself years ago I saw this girl hustling the hardest she could with what little help she had. This is not an easy job but that girl has some grit and grace!

3 /5 Daphne Smith: My daughter and were promptly seated and greeted. Our server was Eden and she was great. We ordered 2 meals with the intent to share them both. One meal was correct but the other one was supposed to have steak and shrimp in it. The steak was missing. The server left the plate and ordered a side of steak to add to the meal. It took so long to get the meat that the rest of the dish was not longer hot, not to mention that the meat should have been mixed with the sauce and pasta. The server mentioned the likeliness of having it removed from the bill. So when we checked our bill we saw that not only was the meal still there but also a 9 dollar charge for the meat. I expressed my disappointment to my server and she then removed the charge for the meat. I asked for the manager who never came. She did end up comping the dish which was great but my issue was that the manager never bothered to come to the table. I have worked as a server most of my life and I understand that mistakes happen. But I feel that a manager usually will speak to customer and offer to remove the item from the bill. Making me have to say something made me feel a bum.

3 /5 Madison Elizabeth: We joined the waitlist online (was about 50 mins) we showed up around 48 mins after joining the waitlist. Only had to wait like 10 mins after we got there for a table which was great. Our server was great but we didn’t get our appetizer till we got our food. I ordered a drink from the bar and there was a gnat in ice and one in my drink. My server made sure to get me a new one. (I wish i remembered his name bc he was great!) I also ordered the all you can eat soup salad and breadsticks along with the endless dipping sauces for the breadsticks and the sauce came out way later than our entrees and appetizer. My boyfriend ordered the 6oz steak and fettuccine (medium rare) and it came out well done rather than medium rare. Than we ordered the donuts for dessert and it took well over 25 mins for the donuts to come out. Over all, the food was not The best and it may be due to them just opening…but we will be sticking to the Rockwall one for now!

5 /5 Erika lyn: Visited the location about an hour after opening, on their first official day. The service was great! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. It was pretty busy, but we were sat down quickly. Our server was great… I dont remember her name, but she was blonde with cute gold rims glasses. She was amazing. She food came quickly and the veggies were fresh. This was the second time my husband has ever been to Olive Garden… The first time he wasnt a fan, but this experience changed his mind. Great job! I would expect some hiccups or learning curves for it being the first day, but it was truly a great experience. Well done!
