She tells me to c on w back in anweeek and talk to manager then calls security says m being load bc she couldntnprovide a valid answer ofnl why Idont have myb20 bucks show when I log in says I need a pin I never created them kicked me out. Stealing my 20 dollars at the same time

5 /5 Dee Shed: I have to say, by far the best game room in Austin. The place is clean, all the machines work. If they do break down, they are fixed by the next day. All the employees (current and past) have been great people, great attitudes. And the best thing is there is ALWAYS a guard at the door. You never have to worry about someone with bad intentions following you to car after winning, the guards always look out for you. Thank you LUX!

1 /5 Paula Montoya: Im gonna give it 1 star for the reason #1 I sent in the air play today over 40 min ago I call airplay a steady busy past 40 min #2 I call Lux and just am told "I have nothing to do with airplay you got to contact them" #3 I understand they are two different establishments one online only and one in house #4 same owner Mike, I saw like in lux when Sunfire was down we chatted but the girl working at lux now cant get it through her head ... I asked her to text Mike say airplay not loading in getting alot calls. This has happened before last weekend and weekend before. There is no protocol or policies and procedures for when people are calling cause they arent getting accts loaded through airplay. Were just left to keep logging in our acct
