Jacqueline Galvin David Watts was a great attorney to work with on my case. I hired him to help me with a restraining order against my abusive ex-boyfriend. I had already filed for the restraining order before I hired Mr. Watts, but I really wanted someone who could represent me at my hearing and who could help me sort through all the evidence I had. Mr. Watts did not have much time to work on my case (only about two weeks until my hearing), but he made time to go through all of my evidence and pick out the evidence that would truly help my case. He was really helpful in that short amount of time. He is very knowledgeable about family law, and he is very personable. Kim Martinez Ms. Brown represented me at the beginning of my divorce. I had moved out of town and was in a new job 2 weeks and she calls me THE AFTERNOON before a hearing stating “the email that the notice went to was one she didn’t check “very often”. My choice was to go snd lose the job- the boss didn’t like you taking time you had earned much less time off 2 weeks into the job. Victoria assured me it was no big deal. Except the Judge thought it was a big deal. He was insulted by my appeared lack of interest. She swore she told the judge it was her fault but 7 years later and another attorney, I doubt she did as the judge has been fairly rough with me. She’s slovenly in her work and obviously derelict in duties. I fired her and filed a complaint Perhaps she’s knowledgeable but doesn’t do much good if you can’t keep your clients informed.

Max McCaskill My 2 younger brothers and I chose to go to Scanio and Scanio to help us heirship our father’s house after he passed away earlier this year. I am 28 years old and the oldest of his three sons and I am already unfamiliar with how any of this works. After gathering all the information and money that was required from us, we have been trying to move forward with our case. Over the last couple months we have have been trying to get back in touch to pay our fees and start the process, but again and again we are told that they are not in the office, or that they will relay our information. Despite our efforts we receive no contact whatsoever.

No heart for the people. My case was an open shut case with a non guilty guaranteed verdict. He made it seem like I needed to plead otherwise and take unnecessary consequence. Never once thought I was innocent and I was.
