Dawn Phillips Mrs. McArthur represented me twice and both times she lied to me by telling me I had 2 yrs & 3 months back time which I did... She told me my minimum date was in 3 months... I got to prison and couldnt figure out why I hadnt seen parole... Well it was because my charge doesnt have a minimum... I asked for a polygraph because I did not rob my own house... She said the DA wouldnt let me take one. After I signed for the brown bag special I wrote the judge and he appointed me another attorney and the next day I went to Richard woods office... Told him my story which left him speechless. He went and called Dale came back and said I have no questions to ask... Screwed over once again... McArthur said I was charged with robbery because I didnt help my roommate when my husband put him in a choke hold (thats what he gets for stealing everything we owned) but then when I saw parole he said my paperwork says I punched my roommate. When I told her I wanted to go to trial she said no... Roommate has never been in trouble... A year later STOP set him up and he whose word it would have been against mine is now at the Beto unit with a 17 year sentence for 5 delivery of controlled substance in a drug free zone and gun charge... I have no idea how this woman is still practicing....

Vicki Fling My experience wasn’t near as good as those highlighted. In all fairness, Mr Altaras represented me several years ago, so hopefully the positive reviews are a reflection of his current practice. We had a hearing that Mr Altaras was unaware of. When I called to ensure he would be in court, he agreed, but was angry. Mr Altaras appeared for the hearing obviously mad. He did not represent me or my child and essentially told me to handle it myself. I still feel as though an injustice occurred.

Dylan Richeson I hired Mr. Turner for a criminal attorney In December of 2020. At this time I was incarcerated and the one and only time I ever spoke with Mr. turner was to negotiate a price. I had two charges and he informed me both were felonies when one was a felony and the other was a misdemeanor. He wanted $4500 which was agreed on. Then the felony was dropped and the price was then $2500. I was incarcerated for 5 months during this time I never spoke with Mr turner or his law office while incarcerated to discuss my case obtain a statement on what had happened or inform me of anything in my case. I received 5 letters from his office one being the letter informing me he is no longer legal counsel due to me firing him for not doing his job to the best of his ability being very unprofessional to my fiancé and telling us if we continue to call he will start charging us for every call. In the letter I received he stated that his work more than Exceeded the $2500 we paid Mr turners office and they did the best they could. I do not recommend using Mr Turner or his legal team for anything unless you want to be ripped off.

Hannah Rivard I hired Hines & Maxwell for a phone consultation on a small claims court case I was filing. They were extremely helpful and generous with their time, giving me multiple good suggestions as I moved forward. Almost a year later, I emailed them again with another question on the same case, and they helped me with that too, with no extra charge, and were very quick to answer. Because of their suggestions and help, I was able to get far more money awarded to me than I initially expected. I would absolutely use them again.

Every time I asked a question, she would give me a half response "hang in there" Going to court she never backed me up with the evidence I had against my kids mother, money, money, money is still she wants. The last time I asked knowing that my ex was violation of the court order and asked for her to file a contempt of court for it.... she responded with I need 1,200 dollars more to do it. She is a waste of time and money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND her unless you want to waste your time, and money. I learned my lesson, do your research. This is my truthful advice to you.
