Part of the Gospel Coalition, the elders and leadership teach & follow the word of God, and are genuine in their service to the community. They serve as unto the Lord. Me and my family of 4 have been going there for 5 years, ever since we moved in the neighborhood. Weve made life-long friends with others who weve served with and been through real things with. The lead pastor Andy, has masters and doctoral degrees in systematic theology from The Master’s Seminary, where he also served as a professor for 11 years. The hearts are real, the coffee is artisanal and preaching is sound and challenging from the word of God.

Jacklyn Smith So grateful to have found this church! It’s smaller and more intimate than the mega churches, but still growing rapidly. Lots of diversity between young adults, older families, all different ages/races/backgrounds. Pastor Lee and Pastor Andy always give the best sermons. No watered down gospel they stay very true to the word without you feeling “condemned” they’ll help with anything you’re struggling with and not judge. Everyone at this church has been a family to me, i’ve brought friends of mine who have church hurt from the past and they felt safe and heard, this hands down the best Christian community i’ve found yet. Tons of activities and support groups to be a part of. The freedom groups have helped me overcome a lot of personal obstacles as well as the Soul Care pastor Lee provides. They also provide childcare during the services, which I volunteer to help out with once a month. Overall I give this place an 11/10!

I was visiting Austin with a friend and came out one day. We immediately felt the love from this community. It is a very welcoming environment, and everyone went out of their way to make you feel loved. I enjoyed the sermon as it came directly from the Bible and was very relatable. Also I really appreciate the worship which was so powerful without the need for fancy equipment. I was blessed tremendously. Its been over a month since my visit but I still think about this church a lot.

Greg Moore My family and I REALLY enjoy attending Cityview Bible Church. While visiting their services, I have found their pastoral staff to be friendly and focused on Christ. The music and singing are heartfelt and uplifting. Cityview is located in a fast growing community with a congregation that looks like the general assembly of the United Nations. Cityview teaches traditional conservative, Christian values, but they work very hard at steering clear of the toxic political morass that has swallowed up many Evangelical Christian churches today.

I would rank CBC one of top 1 percentile churches in the nation with the following reasons. 1) Engaging Worship Section, which Ive never seen before 2) Seamless switching one after another section, 3) Bible focused, sermon with the big heart & knowledge by the priest; if you are looking a new church in a new city like me, I cant recommend CBC enough.

Sonya Martin Im not Catholic, however their campus is gorgeous and I walk it often. Its relaxing and centering. The Stations of the Cross is beautiful. They used local stones. Beautiful calcite crystals throughout the path.

Susan Willett I decided to attend Ash Wednesday Services at St Williams Catholic Church in Round Rock, Tx. I currently dont belong to a specific parish as I am searching for the right one for me. The church looked quite large from the outside and when I walked up to the side entrance, there was a sign as to how many people could be in the church at one time and it was around 1700. I was absolutely amazed when I entered the church. It was beautiful And huge.! I attended a midday liturgy of the word service along with the distribution of ashes as it worked out best time wise for me being at 3 PM. As it was, I still ended up in some rush-hour traffic on the way back to Leander, which was frustrating. The music, the soloist , the organist, the priest and his assistants were all easily heard. The acoustics must be very good.. I dont think Ive ever seen such a beautifully painted background behind the altar. Im placing a picture below. I really liked everything about this church except that its a fair distance from my house and as I get older, Im not sure I would be able to continue to travel on Sundays and Holy days . One last thing to mention is for lent. They are having fish fries every Friday from 5 to 7 PM. I believe so you dont have to be a member of the congregation to attend those fish fries and it really helps the parish with funding for special projects.

Princess O Faith Culture Church has truly been a blessing to my life! It has helped me cultivate my relationship with Christ. Pastor Gerald and Pastor Marketta are the real deal! They have a true heart for people and want to share the love of God with all! I love that it’s multicultural and everyone is so loving. Faith Culture Church has a children, youth/teen and young adult ministry. Also the church provides opportunities of growth through many Christian education classes! If you ever decide to visit you will experience the presence of God on a completely different level!

I knew absolutely nothing about being a Christian and had never read the bible. Pastor Dean and his wife Jennifer have led by example, showing me and letting me figure for myself with patience what it means to be a Christian and how to put God first. Our church is small but growing. I know that I wouldnt be alive today if I hadnt made the decision to walk through that door. Never once have I been made to feel ashamed or unwelcomed. I got back my dignity, my family and Pastor married me and my husband. I cant wait to see what God has in store for the future.
