Lillian Fikes I live in Odessa, Tx., but I visit my best friend, Donna Faries as often as possible. I have attended Hillcrest Church of Christ with Donna every time I visit her. The people there are the most loving, caring and friendly group of Christians I have ever had the honor and privilege of getting to know and love. They have a family luncheon once a month and I always try to plan my visits around that weekend. Mostly because I enjoy visiting with the church family. They have always made my entire family feel loved , welcome and wanted as a part of their church family. If anyone in my family ever needs prayers I know I can call on this entire church family to pray for us and without a doubt we feel their prayers overflowing around us with God’s mercy and grace. Hillcrest Church of Christ has the true Holy Spirit of God in each member of their church. Every city in America should be so blessed to have a church family exactly like the Hillcrest Church of Christ in Coleman, Tx.. If you haven’t visited there yet, just give them a try. You will see exactly what I am talking about. The true love of Christ for each other, for God’s house and the beautiful way they keep it shining inside and out. The church family are the ground’s keepers, the house keepers and the heart of God keepers, through prayer and many long, hard hours of loving labor done as unto the Lord. Their hearts doors are alway open and ready to lend a helping hand or prayer to anyone that is in need.
