Brian Cruz Had my transmission rebuilt here maybe 2 years ago and hardly drive my car probably put about 500 miles on it since having it rebuilt and my transmission is already out again. It won’t even shift out of first gear, I won’t ever go here again. I had to take it back to them twice because it was still leaking transmission fluid because come to find out they obviously didn’t do a full rebuild since it was my servo seal still leaking after taking it back the last time and now since it’s already messing up again. I only use my car for shows so I barely drive it, there is no reason why it should already be out again if they did professional and honest work instead of taking parts off of old transmissions laying around the garage. I will never go back and never refer anyone to this garage.

Heidi Berard I ordered tires from Walmart and made an appointment to have them mounted. After waiting for 40 min they call me back and claim they cant get the lug nuts off. I asked 3 times if they used the key I gave them and they claimed they did and the lug nuts were stripped. I went to Gatesville Tire Shop, he had the lug nuts off in minutes and my new tires balanced and mounted quickly. Their prices are great and they are very friendly. It obvious Gatesville Walmart didnt want to do their job. Im glad I tried Gatesville Tire Shop. I wont go anywhere else now.

Mr. Pete does all of the work by himself as in he literally is the only person there that takes care of everyones vehicles when people drop off their vehicles and his wife who takes care of the administrative part is awesome as well. They dont charge for diagnostics and they do their absolute best to do a quick turnaround so you can have your vehicle back. Bought my 1998 Doge Ram 1500 to them this past week and within minutes Mr. Pete knew exactly what the problem was which was the clutch needed to be replaced and he did an awesome job replacing it. The parts and the labor for that type of job is way cheaper than a lot of other places! Thank you again Mr. Pete and your wife for everything!

Zack Nolan Bought my truck that had the transmission rebuilt less then a year ago and its had nothing but problems first was the transmission throttle valve actuator then the governor pressure sensor then the low reverse servo now the torque converter, and they will not warranty anything because the truck transfered warranty, be warned if you plan on selling the vehicle dont buy the warranty.

CODY MORRIS If I could leave a negative 5 stars I would! Charged me an hr of labor for a compression check that was not done! When I called them on it the lady in the office was nice but stuck to her story. The compression check was not done! Plug wires nor plugs had been removed. They said the engine was bad, but it is running today!

Luke We were traveling through West Central Texas today hunting antique shops, and we got behind a trailer that kicked up a massive rock that left a half dollar-sized chip in the windshield of our F-150. It looked bad, and I thought I was about to half to spend the $1400 it costs to replace this thing. We searched for any shop that was still open at 4:45 pm, and pulled in. I never even got the gentleman’s name who promised to attempt to repair the chip for $30. If it failed, no charge. Well, he did a heluva job and fixed the thing. Compared to the awful mess the chip was, we can hardly see the spot now. Most importantly, the chip is fully repaired, and we don’t have to buy a new windshield.
