1 /5 Destiny Williams: I have been in Beaumont Tx about a year.I came in to get my ring inspection and I was helped by Connie at the Beaumont, Tx Location inside of the mall. She was very rude and unprofessional because she was having trouble pulling up my profile. I’ve had my ring since 2016 and I have never experienced the unprofessionalism that I’ve experienced today. I will be reaching up the chain of command. I allow another team member to help me and she found my account right away and sent my ring off for repair. I now have uncomfortable feeling leaving my ring and I hope she doesn’t not loose my ring on purpose. I will be filing a lawsuit if something happens to my ring. I now have to make arrangements in the future to take my ring to another location an hour away because I don’t want to encounter Connie again. I’m so hurt and upset because I was planning on upgrading my ring and now I’m not interested because of her actions.
