They sell the prettiest jewelry with very competitive prices, they do repairs and sizing right there on site, with little to no waiting. My wife brought her ring to them to have it sized, and it was done within 5 minutes. They are also both fantastic people to do business with. I highly recommend them to anyone.

5 /5 Amy Alexander: Let me tell you.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!! I have been hesitant for YEARS about getting my ring soldered and well I lost a ton of weight and wouldn’t stay on my finger any longer! I knew of this jeweler specially because a friend recommended them because not only is she related but they did all of their servicing in house. I did NOT want to send my ring out to have all this done. It’s very precious to me. Well, I finally got the nerve to bring my ring to them on Thursday noon and received a call back the very next day that my ring was completed! And let me tell you, she is gorgeous! I mean WHOA! Plus they have permanent jewelry and omg.. some of the most beautiful pieces in their store! My goodness! Very please with the customer service and prices are very reasonable!

The flag and shell casings from the 21 gun salute from the service went to their step mother so they didnt receive anything. Magan Landry: If I could give zero stars I would!! I’m so angry!! For those of you who are in the market for jewelry repair, do not take your jewelry to Burketts Jewelry Emporium. I’ve learned a costly lesson!!! My experience has been terrible!!!! I brought my class ring to be resized. I was told that the cost would be 60 dollars to resize the ring only or 95.00 for the resizing and to put my engraving again. I opted for the second option, but I soon regretted the decision; they do not have an engraver on staff and source all engraving to Jiffy Trophy. When I received my ring back, not only was the engraving crooked, but my ring was thinner. I told store staff that I was unhappy with the engraving and I wanted a refund for the engraving. I was told that I was only charged for the resizing and that a refund would not be issued. I was told that gold was going to be used for the resizing of my ring. However, that was not the case; my ring band is thin, as though they shaved and buffed the band to resize it instead of cutting it and adding gold. I must pay 405.00 to get it corrected at Matthew’s Jewelers now. I am so angry, but I only have myself to blame because my mom recently got a ruby replaced in her ring, and they didnt even attempt to color-match the other stones.

Michael Sparks: Worst service ever. I went in for a watch battery replacement and they ruined my Armani watch. It looks like someone scratched the back of it with a nail. When they gave it to me, a pin wasnt in and it fell off my wrist. The minute hand doesnt work at all and when I brought it up he said it was "because you just dropped it on the ground". Are you serious??? Then he offered to send it in for a fee to get fixed. Never go to this place. They have ruined a very special watch to me. To the point of it never being able to be fixed.
